REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Made to order: All prints are produced individually to order on premium fine art paper. As each print is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty prints: If your print arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kristin@kristinlockyer.com with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement print at no extra cost to you.

Order cancellations: As prints are made to order, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time production will have begun and we are unable to cancel.

Delivery times: All prints are produced and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery typically takes a further 2-5 working days within the UK.

Lost orders: If your order has not arrived within 14 working days please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
