Made to order: Even though each print is made especially for you, we are happy to accept returns. As these are made-to-order items, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Please contact us at kristin@kristinlockyer.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.
Damaged or faulty prints: If your print arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kristin@kristinlockyer.com with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement print at no extra cost to you.
Order cancellations: As prints are made to order, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time production will have begun and we are unable to cancel.
Delivery times: All prints are produced and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery typically takes a further 2-5 working days within the UK.
Lost orders: If your order has not arrived within 14 working days please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
